Project Description:

After exhausting all avenues with regard to design, position of dwelling and most importantly structure, saving even portions of this original 1800's straight front colonial was a futile task. Extensive water damage, missing structural members over years of undisciplined renovating and countless non compliancy issues gave us very few options. A redesign and repositioning of the structure was eminent. Transitioning the original Walpole colonial landmark to new construction while respecting it's time period, was our top design priority.
