We had a wonderful experience working with Concepts by Design. Kosta was extremely professional, creative, thoughtful, and always listened closely to our goals.

 

We appreciated Kosta's attention to detail. We had a large project list, and needed to make sure that we could get a lot into the design that would both meet our needs and our budget for the renovation. Kosta created renovation plans to go from a cape style home to a colonial in a way that maximized our space, gave us needed upgrades, and resulted in construction quotes that fit in our budget. We also appreciated the detail that went into the design. Kosta was very focused on making sure that the renovation would both look nice and look intentional. The time he spent ensuring that the rooflines in the design made sense resulted in a really beautiful design.

 

Finally, we cannot stress enough how helpful it was that Kosta worked so well with our contractor, O'Brien Carpentry. We did this renovation while working full time, having a toddler that is not yet 2, and while we were expecting twins. We had complete confidence in Kosta to discuss all design plans, and the fact that he could have those meetings when we were tied up with a hundred other things meant that we were able to have the renovation proceed quickly and without stress.

After consulting with Concepts by Design, Inc. we knew we picked the right architect. They listened to our needs and designed the perfect Master Bedroom with vaulted ceilings and walk-in closet.
