Project Description:

This one and half level ranch sitting on a full basement foundation, required much needed additional and usable square footage on all three floor levels. Adjustments to the Basement and First Floor, allowed a bit more ease of use and feasibility. The existing Second Floor was our primary target. The original low roof line was not cooperating with the homeowner’s wish list. Our task was to free up as much usable space as possible within the existing perimeter second floor footprint. The original Two Bedroom, single Bath, transformed into a Three Bedroom with a full Master Bath, Master Closet with a secondary Full Bathroom servicing the adjacent Two Bedrooms. This new, much needed two story design solves the lack of square footage and graciously allows for a beautiful full Front Farmers Porch.
