This existing single story Ranch presented us with numerous approach options. Initial analysis focused upon modifying existing single level footprint but cost to benefit ratio did not seem encouraging. Utilizing similar options to add a second floor became quite apparent and cost effective. All sleeping quarters now relocated on the second level allows for an efficient and entertaining floor plan below. A massive Bonus Room with plenty of natural light resides over the Garage.
