Project Description:

This existing single story Bungalow located near Bird Park was in need of an architectural facelift. Already having some craftsmanship millwork detail, our design approach was to revisit and preserve that lost appreciation and attention to detail. Although having a much desired and modernistic open floor plan, elements such as an open air porch and tapered columns were the staple of this project.
